Remote Learning Policy
Support for parents and carers to keep children safe online
This guidance outlines resources to help keep children safe from different risks online and where to go to receive support and advice.
Google Classroom will be used for home learning if your child is in the following year groups.
- Year 2
- Year 3
- Year 4
- Year 5
- Year 6
Purple Mash will be used for home learning if your child is in the following year groups.
- Preschool
- Reception
- Year 1
Pupils have access to the following online learning sites –
- Google Classroom
- Purple Mash
- TTRockstars
- Spelling Shed
- Bug Club
- Education City
- Oddizzi
The Wonde dashboard provides links to our online resources such as Google Classroom, Purple Mash etc.. Each pupil has been given an Emoji password to log in to this dashboard. Once logged in the dashboard should look like the image below –
The Wonde Dashboard enables pupils to access the resources on their dashboard without having to log in to each one, however this functionality is only fully enabled on the following devices using the Google Chrome Browser with the Wonde Extension installed.

If you are using a tablet such as Samsung Galaxy or an iPad only the following resources are enabled –
- Google Apps
- TTRockstars
- Education City
- Spelling Shed
For Bug Club, Purple Mash and Oddizzi pupils will need to login with their passwords for these sites which you should have received from your child’s class teacher.
We do not recommned the use of a Mobile Phone to access resources
