We have had an end of year picnic in nursery today. We have had a very busy year learning lots of new things together. We wish all our children moving up tp pre school good luck & look forward to seeing the returning children in September.
Wishing everyone a happy holiday from all the staff in nursery.
The children in year 4 have enjoyed learning about key aspects of Parliament in the UK. They investigated artefacts such as a mace, a division bell, a despatch box and a speaker's robe and wig before taking part in a debate.
We dressed up to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the NHS.
I think we have some future doctors and nurses!
We have looked at the issue of equality within our school lives, society and country. We looked at a range of debate questions and discussed our opinions and ideas. On Monday, we will be hosting a tea party where we can debate these issues with some special visitors.
This week in nursery we are celebrating the Royal wedding. We have been dressing up & playing in our castle.
