During RE Week pupils learned all about different faiths and the similarities between them. Representatives from the Jewish Community, Muslim Community, Methodist Church, Christian Life Centre, Jehovah’s Witnesses and Salvation Army visited the school to talk about their faith.
Children looked at key religious symbols and produced art work based on festivals, friendship, belonging, worship and prayer.
In addition Key Stage 2 children studied an inspirational figure, whose faith has helped to change the world i.e. Mother Theresa, Martin Luther King, George Cadbury.

Today we have been to take assemblies as part of RE Week.
We have had a great time this week with welcoming Year 6, Year 5 and Year 3 to our Church (Nutgrove Methodist)
The children have been fantastic and very engaging.
We look forward to working with the school again.

All of the children have been amazing!
They are willing to listen and learn and are very respectful.
To the children: remember that God loves you, Jesus loves you and Muhammad loves you. You are all precious.
If you work hard and show love to people, you will be happy.
I look forward to seeing you all soon!
